I have missed you. I gave myself permission to skip a week of this bi-weekly newsletter…but I am back.

Blessings on this Summer Solstice Day

May we celebrate what the radiant light of the Sun provides for us and our planet daily. Honoring this long summer + sunny day.

How does this effect you?

On this abundantly sunny day (the longest day of the year, aka more sun time) you can feel the unique sparkle in the air as we shift into official “summer”. This solstice symbolizes renewal, fertility, and the triumph of light over darkness. For me the sun is a symbol to remind us of the Light that we are. It is reassurance of another new day ahead, renewal, endings and beginnings.

It is a great day to spend time playing, gathering and communing IN THE SUN, enjoying the gift that is the Sun!

May this day be extra bright, positive and full of the energizing elements the Sun provides us.

For those of you in Austin, I miss you as I am traveling and
will not be leading classes in person.

However, you can still work with me. 🌹

I will be teaching an online zoom class every Friday during my travels. Friday 12p CDT
