February offerings + thoughts š·
Happy Valentines Day!

Welcome to the month of celebrating love! š
Not just romantic love, but all loveāthe love between you and your children, the beauty of nature, the rituals that nourish you, and the love for your family and friends. While Valentineās Day has traditionally focused on romantic love, it doesnāt have to be limited to that.
In Yoga, we practice breathing in a way that cultivates love within ourselvesāallowing that love to ripple outward, touching everything and everyone around us.
Yoga isnāt just about the physical workout (though we do love that!); itās a practice of self-awareness and care. When we give ourselves time to breathe, move, and be present, weāre creating space for love to flow from within.
The more we nurture our own well-being, the more we can bring patience, kindness, and loving awareness to others. In that way, Yoga is a reminder that love isnāt just something we give or receiveāitās something we practice. When we show up to practice for ourselves, we are showing up for the world at large.
Yoga, at its core, reminds us that we are love.
