Happy Valentines Day!

Welcome to the month of celebrating love! šŸ’•

Not just romantic love, but all loveā€”the love between you and your children, the beauty of nature, the rituals that nourish you, and the love for your family and friends. While Valentineā€™s Day has traditionally focused on romantic love, it doesnā€™t have to be limited to that.

In Yoga, we practice breathing in a way that cultivates love within ourselvesā€”allowing that love to ripple outward, touching everything and everyone around us.

Yoga isnā€™t just about the physical workout (though we do love that!); itā€™s a practice of self-awareness and care. When we give ourselves time to breathe, move, and be present, weā€™re creating space for love to flow from within.

The more we nurture our own well-being, the more we can bring patience, kindness, and loving awareness to others. In that way, Yoga is a reminder that love isnā€™t just something we give or receiveā€”itā€™s something we practice. When we show up to practice for ourselves, we are showing up for the world at large.

Yoga, at its core, reminds us that we are love.
