Dearest community,

What’s been on my mind this week is: boundaries.

Unhealthy boundaries lead to resentment, depression, exhaustion, burnout and the collapse of trust within our relationships.

And as scary as it can be to set them and hold them- to me being in relationships without healthy boundaries has become scarier.

Resentment creates dis-ease in your body and closes your heart.

Boundaries are the limits you set with others SO THAT you can be in healthy, loving relationships with them.

They are meant to bring us closer to people- not further away.

So if your boundaries are non-existent, you are harboring resentment or your boundaries feel like walls…you are in the right place.

How do we set them, how do we know what they are and also-what do we do if people we love don’t honor them?

The number one step to setting boundaries that are healthy and loving s tuning into YOURSELF.

Your emotions, your needs, your desires. So that you do not emotionally vomit or explode upon your friend, colleague or loved one.

In spirit of boundaries, I made you a short audio guide so that you can practice the first step of this in real time.
